Janina Kugel is a German manger who currently serves as non executive board member of Konecranes. Kugel started her career as a management consultant at Accenture, then went on to work for German industrial automation company Siemens for many years, becoming a member of the managing board and chief human resources officer.

She is married with children and she is also actively engaged in major events such as the World Economic Forum.
